Rachel Sipe

I was born in raised in DFW… A true local. I absolutely love DFW! So many people and places to see!! I am the Sales Executive for a local title company… I absolutely LOVE connecting with and helping Real estate agents. I love to travel, explore new places, be with my “people” – family and friends. My hobbies include working out, golfing and trying new restaurants/coffee shops and shops in general. My life motto is, “Be love. Show love.”

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
I am super close with my parents and my 1 older brother, Preston. We grew up in Hurst, TX where my parents still live and I plan on staying in DFW forever more.

Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
My current career… I LOVE connecting with people, hearing their stories/their background and helping them

Q: What are a couple of your favorite restaurants in our community?
A couple of my go-to favorites are Piada and Mi Cocina. I am a huge mexican food fan!

Q: How long have you lived or worked in our community?
3 years!

Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met here in our community?
Oh hard one… Not a specific person. I meet with a variety of different realtors… I get to hear a lot of different interesting stories!!

Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
Costa Rica! It was one of my most favorite trips I went on back in College and have been thinking about the amazing sunrises and sunsets lately. I plan to go back within the next couple of years!

Q: What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?
Grease

Q: What advice would you give to people?
Think positive thoughts. Smile. Love people. Give more than take!

Q: What is something on your bucket list?
Island hopping in Greece!

Q: What is your go to band when you cant decide what to listen to?
Anything country!! Luke Combs most likely.

Q: What current or former local business makes you the most nostalgic about our community?
Hard one…

Q: If you could choose anyone that is alive today and not a relative; with whom would you love to have lunch? Why? And where locally would y’all meet for this lunch?
Kacey Musgraves! She’s one of my favorite artists and is very true to herself. We’d meet at Chuy’s!

Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?
There are SO many shopping/restaurant options/new businesses.

Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
Married with at least one child and still LOVING my role!

Q: (Even for friends or family), what is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?
I was a springboard diver for a few years of my life! I loved it!

Q: What is the most beautiful place you have ever been?
Greece or Costa Rica.

Q: Favorite month? favorite holiday? and best single day on the calendar?
July! My birthday month. Favorite holiday is Christmas. Best day is my birthday, July 23rd. I’m a big birthday celebrator!

Clean linen scents and Sweet Grace by Bridgewater candles
